Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 3, 2026 · TimeLogic Enterprise Kiosk Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, operating, or authenticating check-in records through this TimeLogic Attendance Station Kiosk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, along with your employer’s internal attendance, conduct, and HR policies.

2. Authorized Use & Station Access

This attendance station terminal is dedicated exclusively to authorized corporate personnel and students enrolled with the subscribing organization. Unauthorized access, probing, extraction of biometric data, or tampering with kiosk station hardware or network configurations is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary and legal action.

3. Attendance Integrity & Anti-Proxy Policies

Users must submit accurate and authentic attendance logs. Attempting to clock in or clock out on behalf of another individual ("buddy-punching"), spoofing facial biometrics, altering local station system time, or circumventing station hardware binding triggers security anomaly alerts and invalidates the affected attendance record.

4. Biometric Face Verification

Facial authentication is used as an identity verification mechanism. Biometric landmark vectors are analyzed solely for matching against registered employee profiles to verify active presence at the designated physical kiosk terminal.

5. Offline Resilience & Synchronization

In the event of network disruption, this kiosk terminal operates in resilient local offline mode. Attendance punches stored in local cache will synchronize with the enterprise database upon connection restoration. The authoritative clock time recorded corresponds to the verified time stamp established by the station.

6. Intellectual Property & System Ownership

The TimeLogic Attendance Station interface, software algorithms, biometric pipeline, icons, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of TimeLogic Enterprise Systems and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TimeLogic provides kiosk software services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeLogic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network outages, third-party ISP failures, or unauthorized employee credential sharing.

8. Contact & Administration

Inquiries regarding station operations or terms may be addressed to your designated Workplace Administrator or via email to legal@timelogic.internal.
